La problématique principale des PME réside dans le recrutement de jeunes talents. Souvent, les jeunes diplômés vont travailler dans des entreprises qui connaissent une forte croissance ou dans de grandes compagnies, mais pas dans les PME. Il faut davantage promouvoir les jobs intéressants qui existent dans ces sociétés.
